Our client a pharmaceutical company that is driven by operational excellence, is seeking a well talented candidate to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales Representative
Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Location: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt
Department: Sales / Marketing


Job Purpose Summary

    To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and other related services.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities/Functional Duties

    Promotes, sells, and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
    Demonstrates products and services to existing and potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their need.
    Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical Service groups.
    Identifies advantages and compares organization's products and services.
    Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
    Participates in trade shows and conventions.

Required Skills & Attributes

    Proven people management skills (with a minimum of 1-3years).
    Exposure and established interest in working for the organization.
    Job requires that the individual is able to drive and ready to travel.
    The individual should be tenacious on set objectives and not easily distracted.

Required Educational Qualification(s)
    First Degree (B.Sc.) in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Physiology & Biochemistry or any other related discipline.

Other Requirements

    Excellent entrepreneurial, leadership, communication skills.
    The individual should be tenacious on set objectives and not easily distracted.
    High degree of computer literacy a must.
    Fluency in English required, Yoruba and other language is a plus.
    Age Range: 23-30years
